hmm..took a test just now to determine what breed of dog i am. And the result is:

Bernese Mountain Dog

haha. Didnt know i am such a good person. Thought that I may have some negative remarks. What a good test that is. haha.

Anyway, I went to Sarah's friend potluck just now and it's pretty fun. Made quite a number of friends there though most of them are younger than me. Wo you shen ji le!! wahaha. They're from Trnity actually, which brings me back to the time when I first settle down in Aust. I also feel very young at the same time cos they're like 17 years old. But I'm not that old anyway. haha. They're one bunch of energetic people. How I wish my Trinity batch were like them. Or they actually were? Just that I didnt mix around with them. haha. hmm..There were plenty of nice food or should I say, every single food is delicious. I'm like having a buffet like that. And the food is so much better than those is Crown buffet. Food in Crown buffet are really sucky lor. 3 years already, standard/quality still never change. *shakes head* haha. Well, back to the potluck. And yeah, everything is super nice there. When mixing with those group of Trinity students, it kinda bring me back to my Girl Guides days when we would sit around in groups to talk and even play games - be it in camps or meetings on Sat. Thinking back of Girl Guides days, I must say I miss marching so muchhhhh!!! haha. I dont know why I have an interest in that. hehe.

But anyway, after dinner, we played a game which I find it quite lame and boring. hehe. opps! But really lor. Actually I rather play heart attack, wacko or stuffs like that. Nevermind lah, I cant complain much cos I'm not the organiser. Should thank the organisers for their hard work. ;) When waiting for my turn to play the game, there's this girl who sang the little green frog song. hoho. Immediately, Sihui came to my mind. Cos she used to sing me the little green frog song which she've learnt in NPCC. It's so funny lor with the actions that come along with the song. It goes something like that 'mmm hmmm goes a little green frog something something' I forgot already. haha. I like that song!!!! =D Not as in love it very much lah, just that I find it funny and interesting. I never learn that song before in GG lor. Zao zi dao I dont listen to my mum and carry on with my decision to join NPCC. But then, I also never regretted joining GG. Know why I joined GG?? The reason is very stupid, and that is because I like the Uniform so I join GG. Cant blame me mah cos I was quite young that time. haha. NPCC was my 1st choice, but then my mum says I'm too gentle/soft for that and also wanted me to continue CO. kns lor. But anyway, I ended up having 2 CCAs - GG(joined before telling my mum) & CO. cool huh! haha. Both CCAs are fun and enjoyable though sometimes I had problems with their training times. As usual, I regretted not taking alot of photos lor. Cos photos are good 'souvenirs' and they bring back good memories. But why am i thinking of those days so often recently??? hmm..good question to ask myself. haha.

A few days after i've returned to sg, it's time to celebrate my mum's bday. actually my mum's and stella's bday falls on the same day. but then, stella has celebrated hers already, (ie. in advance). On her bday, the 3 members of F4 wanted to smash cake on her actually but she kinda knew it. Cos it's our style of celebrating bday, but i cant remember when it started though. haha. But I was the lucky one throughout these years cos i wasnt in Spore to celebrate my bday. Because of that, they accumulated the times of smashing me and will do it on me next year. So I know I'm gonna die horribly on my 21st bday. My beloved friends out there, remember to help me get away, dont gang up with them to attack me hor!!! haha. So back to stella's bday. Sop and me were planning on how and when to smash her. But guess what, my mum is the one who started it first by sticking the tape that is around the side of the cake on her face. She was kinda shocked cos she didnt expect that. She was eyeing on us since my mum took over the cake (to cut it). But in the end, we didnt manage to smash her all bcos of my mum lah. After that, she says she wanna take revenge on my mum on her bday.

Now, my mum's turn. It's her bday and my dad organised a buffet for her. So in the afternoon, when she and my dad werent at home, the usual 8 of us started decorating the house with balloons. Thanks to me, zp, zx but especially to me and zp for blowing up the balloons. haha. I blew alot lor cos I like balloons. haha. Everyone was prepared for cake smashing ceremony. Bottles of whipped cream were also present in the fridge. But I dont know those are bought by who. During the cake cutting time, my mum thought that she would get away by using my dad and grandparents as her shield. But who knows, my dad got the ball rolling. He 'sticked' a plate with a piece of cake (durian cake to be specific) on my mum's face. hoho. That was when the six of us rushed to the kitchen and took out our weapon. Plates of whipped cream came out from the kitchen one by one. This scene is just like the scene in a 8 course dinner where waiters/waitresses will walked out with plates of dish on their palm. Cool man! haha. And so, those whipped cream gone flying to my mum's face. Pretty ke lian lah cos alot of people attacked her. After smashing my mum, Stella was nowhere to be found. She had already gone hiding in somewhere in the house. So the 5 of us were busy finding Stella and we found her in one corner. Then, we came charging towards her. Thinking that my mum wont do anything to her, she stood behind my mum. She very toot lor. When my mum saw her, she immediately hugged her cos my mum is full of cream.

Stella couldnt get the cream to my face cos I kept running when she was chasing after me. That was when I suddenly got all my stamina to run. It's as if I'm running for my life like that. haha. So she had no choice but to change target to zx. As usual, he also run lah. I dont know whether she got him or not. The funny part is, there was actually a struggle between my sis, sop and stella in the toilet. So smart of them (my sis and sop) to hide in the toilet when stella was chasing us. Their secret hiding place was being revealed and there she goes to the toilet. The guys off the toilet lights and after that, we could hear screaming and laughing. Imagine 3 people zi xiang can sha in the toilet. That is so funny lor! But too bad, we didnt manage to take any photos/videos. But then, my grandfather managed to take photos of my mum with his camera. What a fun cake smashing we had! haha.

kns man! This stupid blogger actually has some error when I was publishing my post just now. I spent 2 hours writing on that lor. Stupid stupid stupid!!! waste my time and effort and my brain cells. Now, I have to write this entry the second time already. Very shit lor! I've forgotten what I've written or wanted to write already. The time is 12.41am now and I spent the past 2 hours writing (from 10 plus till 12 plus), and now that entry is gone. Xing tong! I've actually very tired after the whole lot of exercises that I've done during the late afternoon and this stupid blogger jing ran gen wo chu wen ti. Pig face lah! Actually I'm very happy after i've finished writing what I wanna write and was already preparing to relax by listening to some songs. Now I have to search through my memory, recalling what I've written. Hai~ Yi chang huan xi, yi chang kong.

Decided to post an entry cos I cant stand the deadness of my blog already. haha. Actually I have alot of work to do but I'm too tired to read nor write. Tired from the exercises that I've done and which I've mentioned earlier on. Tuesday is my exercise day and so basically, i went for body combat after my lesson, ran and walk one round in the stadium. Planned to run two rounds initially but then cant make it. Having not exercising for 3 years plus is really a big deal. Cos I seem to lose 3/4 of my stamina which I used to have back in sec sch. Now, ask me to run one round, I'm struggling already. But I must perservere for the sake of becoming beautiful. I cant stand the look of my face, my everything anymore cos I look like a ball now-which is super ugly. I cant bear myself to turn ugly. haha. hmm.. Although I'm drowned by readings and projects this sem, I still need to spare some time for exercises. Cos I dont have much time before I return to Spore. If only I had started earlier, like last year or so, I wont be sufferring now. haha. Actually I had joined this sports things early last year but didnt really have the motivation to exercise cos I didnt have alot of friends doing it together. I find that it's easier to get motivated if one group of friends are exercising together.

hmm..Time passes in the speed of lightning. I'm already in week 5, 7 more weeks (excluding term break and exam period) to holidays. I find that the times spent in sch past much faster than when you're in sec sch. I used to hope for time to past faster back in sec sch. But come to think of it, I really miss my sec sch life. The times spent in sec 2,3,4. Excluding the sec 1 cos I dont even know how I pass my sec 1 life. The times spent studying, doing sports, enjoying ourselves in our CCAs, talking behind some particular teacher's back, playing, teasing each other. Not forgetting having crushes on classmates/sch mates. haha. That's what we usually do in sec sch right. =D I still remember the times I spent playing block catching with friends when I was in sec 2, having gatherings at different occassions at my house (be it in Yishun or Sembawang). We never fail to play heart attack in every gatherings that we have. haha. Actually it's the people around me that made me misses my sec sch life. Those are precious memories that I'll never forget. Everytime I look through the photos that I've taken throughout those years, a smile will always be pinned onto my face. Cos I will tend to have flash backs. Thanks to all the happy memories that I've gathered. =D I'll upload the pics if I managed to get hold of a scanner. Now, everybody has graduated from Poly and are preparing to serve NS - for guys, as for girls - preparing to enter Uni. We've all grown up already. From a small boy/girl (age:13,14,15 years old), to a young man/lady (age:20 years old). From a cutie pie to a shuai ge/mei nu. =D hmm..To those whom I'm still in touch with, we've been friends for 5,6,7 years (whichever applies to u) already. That's super fast lor! You yi wan sui!!! hehe..Will confirm catch up with you all when I return to Sg - either in july or dec.

There are times when I hoped I can transport all my close friends to Aust so that I can live my life happier. So that we can study together and be classmates once again. But that will never happen. haha. These are all dreams.

Actually, I'm also enjoying my time over here although my life revolves around Vcds, sch works and some activities occassionally. Apart from feeding myself with countless of series, I discover one of my interest recently. And that is chinese calligraphy. I never think that I will have interest in that cos I never learn it before. But after attending 5 weeks of chinese calligraphy, I found myself in love with it. haha. I will tend to have a sense of satisfaction whenever I look at the words that I've written. It's fun and interesting actually. Not that difficult to learn as well. =D

Although I'm always complaining that life is boring here and I misses my friends in sg, I still have one group of good friends that I've made in Aust. So I dont seem to be that ke lian right. It will be pathetic if I dont have any friends after being here for 3 years plus. haha. I've managed to recruit this group of jie meis last sem. I finally found some singaporeans in my course. And I'm very happy over it. haha. This is the second group of jie meis which I've recruited. Used to be da jie in my previous group of jie meis although I'm not the oldest lah. It is all because of one incident which made me revealed my potential of scolding people and eventually got that 'title'. Actually not many people (referring to me friends) has seen that Ruiting before, hai wo chu chou le. haha. But from a da jie, I've become a xiao mei in my second group of jie meis. Cos I'm the youngest. However, I've been promoted recently cos another girl joined in. So I'm not the youngest anymore. haha. But the full strength of this group will only exist till Aug cos most of them are graduating this sem. I believed we'll still keep in touch when we're in Spore. Who knows we may be even working in the same company. haha. k lah..I'll stop writing here. I think my entry is too long already. haha. Before I end, I shall post one photo which I managed to find after searching through my computer. I look abit ugly in that pic. Thanks to my classmate who took it without allowing me to pose properly. Actually I regretted not taking many photos during sec sch, so when I return, I must take till siao. This applies to my Uni friends as well. We shall take photos till siao. haha.

ok. i'm back here again. left my country to a land of aussies. sian man~ but nevertheless, this is nothing which i can have a choice. sorry for neglecting here for quite some time - almost 3 months eh~ since late nov. was busy enjoying my wonderful stay in sg and so i never really have any time to update. another reason is because i was lazy lah. haha.. ok.. 1st to talk about my holidays briefly, after returning to sg for about 1 week, it was time to take the aeroplane again. this time i was not leaving for aust but for hong kong. went there with my 2nd auntie and my two cousins, together with my grandparents. will elaborate on it on the entry which is plainly for my trip there. after the hong kong trip, it's time to search for gowns/dresses for the countdown party and also my sister's 21st birthday party. not easy to search lor and that's why i hated looking for clothes for such events. i spent around 3 full days searching through countless of departmental stores. die also have to find cos those two events happen on consecutive days. after that, i also need to look for new year clothes. hmm.. i think all these 'activities' happen every year when i return home for my 3 months holidays. haha. alot of other activities also took place in between lah. will talk about it when i remember them upon looking through the many photos that i've taken.

as for the present, sch has already started for 1 week. pretty relax at the moment cos the tutorial hasnt start. but i've attended my chinese calligraphy prac already. wasnt really that easy as what i've thought. cos writing a simple word such as 'yi' or one in chinese requires a total of 6 strokes. quite complicated lah but it's a matter of practise. my first attempt on that word was really horrible cos it looks like shit. so ugly till i laughed at myself while writing in class. haha. but it's enjoyable lah. for the fact that it doesnt have any exam, i must endure with it lor. i also have been having troubles with my subjects cos of my ex-course advisor lah. talking about him makes my blood boil. cos he screwed up my subject plan. i just dont know why he is so inefficient. now i've gotta look for the course advisor of the faculty of science with regards to the subject which i want to overload. i still havent enrol in one more subject lor. but luckily, i still have up till next week.

after attending the first week of my final yr sem 1, i realise that things have changed alot with regards to the lecturer's expectation of you and to the way the materials were taught. they want you to be more independent whereby they will teach you abit of the materials and you are expected to learn the rest of it on your own. for example in this subject 'business system design' right, the lecturer says he expects us to know ASP.Net already before taking that subject. in addition, he will only conduct 2 weeks of lectures on that ASP.Net and we are expected to read that up on our own if we dont understand. i mean what the hell right. how will i know that when i havent even learn that stuff before. difficult lor. he says that during the introductory lecture. this is our first lecture and he is already scaring us. i hope i can understand and learn it in a fast pace cos i dont wanna fail. but nevermind lah, i shan't be too pessimistic. i will work hard.

weather in melbourne is as hot as an oven. super hot man! even hotter than sg. i cant live without air con!! cos it's like no air lor. the weather is dry and hot in the afternoon, and the sun is glaring. even if the night, also very hot. imagine the kind of hotness i'm talking about when i have to turn on 3 fans in order to sleep. haha. i am not exaggerating here. but luckily the presence of houseflies and all the bugs werent that bad. else i will confirm die. die of irritation. haha.
