hmm..it's 2.30am now~ sg time is 11.30pm only. the night is still young. since early this morning, i've lost 1 hr of youth already. cos daylight saving has started. so sad~ but nvm..life still has to go on. time has passed so fast. it's already the time for revision. time to prepare for exams. but i'm not in the mood to study yet. haha..have been too slack throughout the semester already. very hard to switch to study mode. nevertheless, i still managed to memorise some stuffs. just finished memorising the techniques to gather information (for SAD - Systems Analysis and Design) and my hand gonna break soon after many times of writing the same stuffs over and over again. that's my method of memorising things. =D it's been a long time since i've last written (using a pen obviously). cos most of the time, i've been typing. so that makes me left with alot of pens and pen refills that i've transported over last year.
actually i'm quite pissed with the way this stupid country works lor especially with my department (to be specific: my course advisor). the way he works can really make one's blood boil. i went to talk to him with regards to my elective and he told me to email him my particulars and a brief description of my problem. so i obeyed. but after waiting for 5 days, i didnt receive any emails. not even one! so no choice, i decided to look for him cos i cant re-enrol without his reply. after talking to him, he noted my student number and told me the same thing - will get back to me via email. that happened last monday and up till now, i still didnt get any reply from him. neither did he email all the students with the differences between 2 of our core subjects. idiot lah! somemore he gives different advices to different people with regards to the same problem. he told me to overload in semester 2 next yr but he told another guy not to overload in sem 2 cos we'll be having our industrial project (the workload is confirmed heavy in sem 2 one lor). wth! he's super inefficient lor. take such a long time to send just one stupid email, or perhaps 2. with the way he works, i think IS can close down already. somemore he's our course advisor, and he's the only one who has the right to approve or disapprove the subjects that we take. and because of the stupid email, i cant re-enrol. pay so much but receive such attitude. idiot! cant those people be as efficient like how sporeans are. cant stand it man~ do things do until so slow. 'you qi wu li' like that. kns! the more i think of it, the more i feel like complaining. argghhh!! idiot!
just cant wait to return to sg though the attitude of some people really sux (especially those salesgirls who u see in shopping centre and some of the sg guys). but who cares.. they give u attitude, u give them attitude back. what goes round, comes round. haha. that's what i will do. =p sg guys are like so sua gu lor esp those ah pek. super bian tai. cant stand it man~~ and i hate it so much! i think it's better to carry a personal alarm wherever u go or if u wan, having long nails is also a gd 'weapon'. actually i wanted to get an electric shock device but not sure whether sg allows such stuff. other than that electric shock device, i still wanna get a pepper spray. but my dad just bought me a personal alarm so i'll just live with it. aiya..i think it's better not to care about those people. they dont provoke me can already. they live their own life, and i live my own as well. but if they do provoke me, i'll turn violent towards them. i wouldnt give a damn. =D it's still a few weeks away before i leave melb for sg. cant wait for it to come lor. i miss the food alot. and not to leave out, my friends and families as well. there's so many events/gatherings/celebrations awaiting for me back home. haha. but anyway, getting my subjects revised (and hopefully getting good results) is my first priority now.

after my trip to gold coast, it's time to go back to sch. i shall skip the schooling part cos it's nothing special. just normal routine. attending lectures, tutorials, group meetings and doing assignments. a few weeks after the 1st week of sch (after term break), it's time for birthday celebration. it's sarah's birthday (one of my friends from that group of sporeans). this time we celebrated it in a vegetarian restaurant cos one of our friends is a vegetarian~ see how good all of us are. =p hehe.. but it's amazing to experience/look at/taste the food which a vegetarian restaurant serves. cos i have never been to a vegetarian restaurant in my entire life before. so i guess, going overseas to study is a very gd experience. can get to eat/experience new stuffs. hehe. =D hmm..back to the restaurant. they actually have shark fin's soup. obviously it's not real one lah. although i still can taste the difference between the real shark fin's soup and the 'fake' one, it's still ok afterall. we also ordered some other dishes as well such as fish. and i'm really amazed with their fish. cos it actually has the smell of real fish. dont know how they do it lor. very shen qi hor.. hehe.. after dinner, we headed to crown to have cakes even though we just had sarah's birthday cake. cakes, cakes and more cakes. =D

since the last entry was quite long, i decided to spilt my 'story'. a few days after my birthday, it was time for me to play. my long awaited term break was here..on the last day of sch (that was fri), i skipped my lesson to go to the airport. cos i was going for a holiday to gold coast with my sis and her friends. this was my first time going on a holiday without my parents, other than my overseas camp in sec 4 lah. all of us were pretty excited partly because we wanted to play the rides, somemore we're taking budget airline - jetstar. and i swear i will never take budget airline again. it was quite shitty lah. we reached the airport at around 5am cos our flight was at 6 something if i'm not wrong. and i didnt sleep throughout the night with 2 of my sis's friends. we were supposed to reach gold coast at 8 something. but you know what. we were still at melbourne airport at that time. that stupid plane actually broke down when we were all seated nicely in our place and were preparing to go to slp. they said that the plane's computer system has broken down. how lousy can a budget plane be! then we had to leave the plane and wait in the waiting area. after waiting and rotting for some time, we got quite irritated cos all of us were very tired and hungry at the same time. dont you know that a hungry person is an angry person. and those bloody staffs kept extending our waiting time. i think we finally boarded the plane at about 11 something when they finally told us that we'll be going on a different plane. their way of doing things is very inflexible lor. telling us that we'll be going on another plane after waiting for sooo long.
ok~ enough of complaints. accomodation in gold coast was not bad. we stayed in an apartment facing the sea. haha. nice eh~ over the past 5 days, we went to dreamworld, movieworld and seaworld. played almost all the rides except for those kiddy rides. i finally got to sit the ride which i had wanted to play for years, which is tower or terror. afterall, it wasnt as scary as what i thought. we actually sat many times in order to get a nice pic taken cos we wanna get one for souvenir. after 3 to 4 tries, we finally managed to pose just before the ride took off. haha. but none of us has got money cos we had left our bags with 2 of our friends. so no choice, we got to search for them after our ride. we ran and ran. as if we were running on a marathon. after we found the 2 girls, we ran back to the game station. but who knows, that stupid thing actually closed actually. initially, the staff promised to wait for us but they didnt kept to their promise. stupid ang moh! got business also dont wanna do. shit head!
with the other rides, i think we did the same lah. sat many times to have a nice pic taken. haha. but we did managed to buy them. hmm.. apart from tower of terror, i had also wanted to sit 'giant drop' aka free fall. i had a hard time getting one of them to sit with me lor. then when one of them agreed to accompany me, dreamworld is already closing. wasted lor. -sighz- i was extremely disappointed. cos i dont know when will be the next time which i will be going to dreamworld. movieworld was fun too. played lethal weapon and other rides. oh ya~ we went to watch 4D shrek movie as well. the effects was really cool. haha. seaworld was quite ok. there's not much rides so i felt kinda bored lor. but it's a good experience lah. recommended if u love sea creatures such as sharks, starfish and other,performances by seal and dolphin. apart from visiting those 3 worlds,we went shopping on other days as well. we bought lots of things from clothings to bags. basically, we enjoyed ourselves very much during this trip. enjoy till dont feel like coming back to melb. cos once we get back to melb, it's time to face our assignments. so yeah~ that's how i spent my term break. enjoying myself without even studying. =p and so my next aim is to take that giant drop and also to try bungee jumping. =D

yoooohOoooooo~~ finally back to a writing mode now. i'm so into the mood of writing after a long long time. guess that is the result of having done with all my assignments. now i totally dont know what i should do during this sudden availability of free time apart from studying for my exams. i purposely chose not to think of that. =D hmm..today marks the end of my assignments officially. no more assignments/homeworks for me anymore till next year~ yeah....though today's SAD presentation is quite shitty. i prayed hard for tanya not asking me about my class diagram with regards to transfer of payments but who knows, she really asked me that. sway lor..so i just bullshit cos i dont know what to reply her.i think i bullshitted without much sense. haha~ i didnt really understand what i was talking. but nvm~ there's nothing i can do about it. dou yi jing guo le. so basically, i was rotting throughout the whole of today. spent my time watching liu xing hua yuan. i dont know i've watched this show for how many thousand times already. haha =D no huan zhu ge ge, so watch liu xing hua yuan.
hmm..speaking about the past,alot of things had happened between my last entry and today. or should i say, alot of events had happened. first, it was eleanor's birthday. that was the first time which i met her. kinda weird eh~ celebrated a birthday without knowing the birthday girl. haha.. but it's ok lah cos i know it's lonely to spend your birthday alone in a foreign country. eleanor is this sporean whom i've met this yr. we celebrated her birthday in a japanese restaurant. eh.. actually i'm glad that i went to that celebration lah~ cos i also get to know this group of sporeans, who i've gotten to know only during this sem, better. since then, my life in aust has been filled with colours (if i've phrased it correctly). we get to know each other even better after multiple eating and shopping sessions throughout the past few months. haha. they were such 'on' and crappy people. it's fun hanging out with them. i can nvr stop laughing/smiling in each and every of our outings. haha.. but they can also be real serious when it comes to work. that is what we always say 'work hard, play hard'. for me, throughout the last few years, i had always been studying and rotting at home. sch -> home -> eat -> slp ==> that was my everyday routine for my trinity and uni 1st yr, 2nd yr 1st sem. haha. that's pretty boring eh. simply no life!
carry on with my story. soon..it was my birthday!!! celebrated it 2 times this yr. 1st time was celebrated in advance with my sis and her friends (i also knew her friends lah). we went to this msian restaurant in chinatown for dinner. dinner was delicious and my cake was yummy! haha. =p 2nd time was with my group of sporean friends celebrated on the actual day. had dinner at corretto (shld be spelt correctly), an italian pizza restaurant. it's so nice of them to actually give me a surprise by buying me a cake. =) it's so nice having a group of sporean friends when u're in a foreign cos it makes u feel like home. i was very happy lor cos i had a very hard time searching for sporeans in my course since my 1st yr.
